Route 9 MVA

On Tuesday, April 18th the Halfmoon Fire Department (HMFD) was dispatched to an auto accident (MVA) at the intersection of NYS Route 9 and Crescent Road. Upon arrival Firefighters found that two cars had collided at the intersection causing injuries to both drivers. One of the drivers required extrication form the vehicle by removing the vehicles driver’s door. Neither driver is believed to have been seriously injured. Both drivers were transported by Clifton-Park Halfmoon Ambulance to area hospitals for treatment.
