HMFD 2006 Inspection Dinner 2/4/06

On Saturday, February 4th, 2006, the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District (HMFD) held its annual inspection banquet at the Fairways of Halfmoon. The Banquet, held each year, brings together the Fire Commissioners, Firefighters, Auxiliary, and invited Guests for an evening of awards, service pins, special presentations, installation of Officers, dinner and dancing. Halfmoon Deputy Town Supervisor, Mindy Wormuth, installed the Fire Officers, and Waterford Town Supervisor, Jack Lawler, installed the Company Officers. HMFD Firefighter of the Year 2005 went to Kevin Douglas, while HMFD Man of the Year 2005 went to Art Chouinere. The Community Recognition award was presented to Rick & Michelle Petuske for their support of the Fire District. Everyone had a great time.
