HMFD Fire Prevention

On Saturday, July 29th the Halfmoon Fire Department (HMFD) participated in a neighborhood fire prevention day at the Petuske’s Produce stand on Halfmoon Drive. The public was invited to view fire prevention materials, tour fire apparatus, and meet Firefighters. Kids of all ages enjoyed the Popcorn, Snow Cones and bouncy-bounce provided by Casale’s Clifton Park Rental. The Fire Prevention activities give Firefighters the opportunity to meet the public, discuss fire prevention, and recruit new fire department members.
