EMERGENCY VEHICLE OPERATIONS COURSE (EVOC)
7/15/2008, for the Tuesday night drill the Halfmoon Fire Department participated in an emergency vehicle operation course at the Waterford-Halfmoon School. This NFPA approved driving course providided our firefighters practice driving our apparatus in many different situations that they may encouter when responding to emergencies. Our seasoned veterans and some of our new firefighters had the opportunity to drive the course in three different pieces of apparatus (ER-322 (Engine Rescue), ETA-323 (Engine Tanker Appartus), and M-326).
