On Saturday, February 5th, 2005, the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District
(HMFD) held its annual inspection banquet at the Fairways of Halfmoon.

Rescue 2-20-05
On Sunday, February 20th, 2005, the Halfmoon Fire Department was called
to assist with the recovery of an ATV that had gotten stuck in thin ice
on the Mohawk River approximately 60 feet from shore.
