HMFD responded to Route 4 & 32 at Brookwood Road at 16:01 on February 11, 2010 for a  single car rollover accident.  Upon arrival Car 32, Chief Sean Dickinson found a vehicle on its side, a downed power line, and damaged driveway gate structure.  Two victims were still in the vehicle unable to get out.  The next arriving unit ER-322 commanded by Captian Brian Boudrea quickly cut staibilized the vehicle, then cut the windshield out of the vehicle and then extricated the victims from the vehicle.  While this was happening CPHMA was providing patient care to the victims.  Both were transported to local hospitals and the conditions are unknown.  The Waterford Fire Department assisted us with traffic control whicle we had Route 4 & 32 closed from Brookwood Road to Lower Newtown for approximately an hour and a half.  Every member on scene should be commended for their efficient actions to extricate the two victims quickly.
